Our story

Built by hand, with deep respect for the land

Our family built this island homestead over several years with our own hands, using hardwoods harvested from the land. Every structure has warmth, charm, and character — simple, rustic, functional, and created with a deep respect for the environment.

We've poured our lives into making it productive, resilient, and welcoming. Selling is a difficult decision, but a new opportunity requires us to move closer to the city. We hope the next owners will love and appreciate everything this land has given us.

"For people who value nature, privacy, independence and real self-sufficiency — those who want a meaningful lifestyle."
